start with 15 minutes of guided meditation
and then talk about why your values are the core of your business.
Next we define your values to make you feel strong+energized,
figure out when you're living by your values
and when you let energy suckers in.
we will
talk about our 7 chakras (energy centres),
how you can use them to discover strength+weaknesses in your business
and where there are opportunities and threats.
we close the day off with
30-45 minutes of vinyasa to give your brain a break and your body what its needs.
The vinyasa flow guides you through the 3 doshas=energies Vata, Pitta & Kapha.
This will align your body with everything your mind learned earlier today.

Do I have to be a yogi?
No, you don’t. If you never stepped on a yoga mat before that’s totally okay. But you have to be mover with an open mind.

I have always adored physical activities and exciting challenges. For many years my daily practice was Kung Fu, Thaiboxing and grappling. I practiced multiple styles of martial arts.
But martial arts is a performance sport. You train to develop your skills and to be the best and most dangerous weapon you can be. This left my body unbalanced, and I needed a type of practice that could balance out my body.
Yoga helps me gain that balance.
I have over 600 hours of RYT certified yoga teacher trainings and love to keep on learning about this beautiful philosophy and movement culture.
